HOW TO ORDER
- In “ORDER NOW”, select your Painting Type, Painting Content, and the Size in the order box from the drop-down menu
- Click “ADD TO CART” to see the price of your order
- Continue shopping or checkout to see the order form and upload your photo
- Upload a clear and high-quality picture through the website.
- The artist will check the picture and assure you that the picture has enough quality for drawing.
- Check the terms and conditions and then proceed to payment
- Make the payment
Since the quality of the drawing depends on the quality of your photo then the artist asks to send a photo with high quality.
Once you have completed the payment, the artist will start to draw by making use of the best materials. When the artwork is finished, you will receive a photo of the drawing by email for your approval. After your approval, your artwork will be shipped to you.

Yes, when you make the payment, you will receive the receipt of your payment through your email.
In the first 24 hours, you can cancel or change your order and get a full refund. After 24 hours, you need to contact the artist by email to see if she has started the job or not. If not, still you can get full refund or change the picture. Otherwise, there is no refund.
Normally, you will receive your artwork within one to two weeks. It will also depend on the size of the artwork. You will be notified by email the exact time of shipping when you put in your order.
